GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Call Center Technician establishes the initial communication between CBHA and outside sources. This individual has the responsibility of developing rapport wit the agent or agencies that call into the switchboard and is integral in directing that person to the appropriate extension. The Call Center Technician is multi-functional and may be asked to make medical and/or dental appointments, handle incoming shipments, sort and distribute mail, and dispatch company vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to type 30 wpm with minimal errors.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
SUPERVISOR: Administrative Services Manager
CO-WORKERS: Receptionists, Cashier/Eligibility Clerks, Providers and Nursing Staff. Has working
contact with most other corporate employees.
