His commitment to serving patients and making their experience the best at CBHA makes him a great CBHA employee. Ramon has been with CBHA for over seven years and is considered a reliable, loyal, and great employee to work with among his peers.

He never hesitates to help his coworkers when they ask and is always positive with his patients. A Clinic Manager recently recognized Ramon for going above and beyond to fill in for a PSR and helping get patients checked in for their appointments.

When did you start at CBHA?

I started working at CBHA on June 06, 2016.

What is your job title and day-to-day responsibilities?

My current job title is Dental Assistant II. My day-to-day responsibilities are assisting providers with any dental procedure, from Composite fillings, Crown Preps, Root canals, and many more procedures. Most importantly, helping patients feel comfortable during their appointments.

What is your favorite thing about working at CBHA?

My favorite thing about CBHA is how involved they are with the community. CBHA is always doing fundraisers, helping people with needs, and providing quality healthcare to everyone.

How has CBHA helped you grow in your career?

CBHA has helped me grow in my career by providing all the tools and training I need to improve as a Dental Assistant. They have also helped me level up as a Dental Assistant.

What has been your favorite project at work so far?

My favorite project at work is when we get to help make In-house crowns with our new CAD/CAM machine. CBHA provides the best technology to provide the best care for our community.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

The superpower that I would like to have is speed, like Flash. It would be cool to be anywhere at any time with speed to get stuff done quickly, like when my wife makes me wash dishes.

How do you turn a bad day into a good one?

I always try to think positively or watch some soccer.

What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?

My dream as a kid was to become a professional soccer player.

Where is your favorite place to travel?

I don’t have a favorite place to go, but I'll go anywhere where it’s warm.

If you could be any Disney Character, which one would you be?

If I could be any Disney character, I would be Buzz Lightyear because he is courageous and selfless.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or final words?

I want to thank all the dental assistants I work with for helping me daily and thank you to the providers I get to work with. Shout out to Carlos Ruiz, Director of Dental Operations, and Tracie Griffin, Dental Operations Supervisor, for always helping us dental assistants and making it a better work day.
