Our supervisor of the year has been with us for five years!

He made the transition from Wahluke Site Director to Director of Dental Operations 2 years ago and embraced the challenge of learning the dental operations, quickly becoming the in-house expert. He understands what it takes to develop a winning culture and has done an excellent job overseeing the Dental Assistant group, Dental Coordinators and Dental Supervisors.

I am honored and humbled to receive this recognition on behalf of all the amazing co-workers I have had the pleasure of working with over 18+ years at CBHA. I’m grateful for the opportunities we all have to positively impact other people’s lives, and for the exceptional quality of care, we deliver to our patients.

This recognition also extends to the staff that I work with every day and that bring success to the company goals and projects that we all work on together. Thank you to God and to my wife for her support when I work late. A special thanks to the dental assistants who do so much for our patients, the wonderful dental providers, and the great clinic managers. I thank all the CBHA leaders with whom I am able to collaborate, especially Tracie Griffin, who I am grateful to have on our team. Finally, thank you to my Supervisor, Jonathan Madera, and to our exceptional CEO, who recruited me back to CBHA!
