When did you start at CBHA?

I started on March 6, 2017

What is your job title and day-to-day responsibilities?

I’m a PSR ll. My day-to-day responsibilities can vary. Mostly I verifying patient information, insurance information, send faxes, send preauthorization’s, take payments, answer or make phone calls, and help with training new Dental PSRs. But most importantly, I make sure patients have a pleasant check in and check out experience.

What is your favorite thing about working at CBHA?

My favorite thing about CBHA is how they take care of their patients and staff.

CBHA offers outreach events that provide dental, vision and medical services to our local students and community. They are constantly finding ways to give back and be involved in the community.

What has been your favorite project at work so far?

I love volunteering for outreach events and going to the schools to help our with dental, vision and hearing screenings.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

I would like the superpower of reading minds.

How do you turn a bad day into a good one?

I’m always grateful for another day so I try to stay positive. If something does try to ruin my day, I always say to myself “it’s not the end of the world” and move on.

What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?

When I was younger I wanted to be a Teacher.

If you could be any Disney Character which one would you be?

Tinker bell, because she can fly and help others fly.
