“I have worked at CBHA for a number of years. I was first attracted to CBHA because patients here have access to so many medical, dental and vision services. I want to do everything I can to take really good care of the patients.”

Dr. Bleazard grew up on a farm north of Pasco. He graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon and went on to complete a residency at American Lake Veteran’s Hospital in Lakewood, WA. He and his wife enjoy spending free time camping with their family. He also likes to watch and play sports.
