Dr. Monique Small grew up on St. Vincent and the Grenadines islands in the southern Caribbean. She earned her medical degree in Grenada and then completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency program in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Small loves the outdoors and the peace and quiet of Othello.
