Raul was born and raised in Sunnyside. His parents were farm workers and Raul grew up working in the fields. He completed the physician assistant program at the MEDEX Northwest at the University of Washington and spent some time at CBHA as part of his training. Raul loves to fish, BBQ and spend time with his family.

Raul nació y se crió en Sunnyside. Sus padres eran granjeros y Raul creció trabajando en los campos. Realizó el programa de auxiliar médico de MEDEX Northwest en la Universidad de Washington y pasó algún tiempo en CBHA como parte de su capacitación. A Raul le encanta pescar, cocinar carne asada y pasar tiempo con su familia.
